Acupuncture

One of the practices used by (TCM) Traditional Chinese Medicine to stimulate specifics points in the body most often by inserting thin needles into Acupuncture points located on Meridians. These points stimulate blood and Qi flow and can decrease pain and increase immunity while creating balance throughout the body.

Massage

Massage is a method of manipulating soft tissue with various techniques to reduce pain, increase blood flow, encourage lymphatic drainage, and bring relaxation to the nervous system.

Polarity

Polarity Therapy is a holistic healing system that works with “life energy” in all its forms, using a comprehensive system of bodywork, exercise, nutritional guidance and verbal counseling.

Herbal Apothecary

We stock chinese and western herbs, nutritional supplements, essential oils, flower essences and a wide selection of delicious and healing herbal teas.

Lymphatic Enhancement Drainage Therapy

A noninvasive, painless, calming and relaxing therapy. LET can stimulate the lymph at a greater
depth than manual lymphatic massage and will enhance lymph flow with far less therapy time.

Cranial Sacral Therapy

A gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the Craniosacral Rhythm. CST clears
the restrictions in the fascial tissues of the body.

Thermography

Thermography is a totally non-invasive health screening procedure that is pain-free, radiation-
